Rules of the Road

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CyberZone's services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers via email.

2. Service Description

CyberZone provides VPN (Virtual Private Network) and proxy services designed to enhance your online privacy and security. The Service includes:

• Encrypted VPN tunnel connections

• Proxy server access

• Account management dashboard

• Customer support via Discord, Telegram, and email

Service availability may vary based on your subscription plan. Features and server locations are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable Sri Lankan laws

• Not use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, distribution of malware, or copyright infringement

• Not attempt to bypass usage limits, share accounts, or resell the Service without authorization

CyberZone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis according to your selected plan.

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice

• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

• Failed payments may result in service suspension until the outstanding balance is settled

5. Service Availability

CyberZone strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance windows (announced in advance)

• Network issues beyond our control (ISP outages, undersea cable disruptions)

• Force majeure events

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, CyberZone Service Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
