CyberZone operates under a strict zero-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or monitor:

• Browsing history or traffic data

• DNS queries

• Connection timestamps or session durations

• Bandwidth usage per user

• IP addresses of websites visited

The only information we collect is what you voluntarily provide during account registration: email address, username, and payment details (processed securely by our payment partners, never stored by us).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your account information is used solely for:

• Account creation and authentication

• Service-related communications (billing, maintenance notices)

• Customer support requests

• Legal compliance where required by Sri Lankan law

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account's active status. Upon account deletion:

• All personal information is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days

• Payment records may be retained for the minimum period required by financial regulations

• Any support tickets and correspondence are anonymized or deleted

4. Cookies & Tracking

CyberZone uses only essential cookies required for:

• Authentication and session management

• Security measures (CSRF protection)

• Basic analytics (anonymous, aggregated page view counts only)

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting technologies.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure

• Payment processors — for handling subscription payments securely

Each provider is vetted for GDPR and data protection compliance. Your payment details are never accessible to CyberZone staff.

6. Your Rights

As a CyberZone user, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in your account

• Request correction of inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your account and associated data

• Export your data in a portable format
